The truth (or so i think) behind the Zidane vs Materazzi action.

Ooooooh oooooh!

I think i might be doing the other 2 billion people worldwide who were watching the World Cup finals between France and Italy a favour when i say,

"WHY THE HELL DID YOU DO THAT, ZIDANE?"

Sigh sigh sigh sigh sigh.

At first i thought it was caused by Zizou's plan to retire right after the 2006 worldcup.

And then i thought maybe he was tired and also (slightly?) injured and he wanted out of the game but not being able to bring the words out from his mouth to France's manager.

After that i thought maybe he didn't give a flying fck anymore with the game going on and on, on and on, and on and on..

I mean like, for such an incredible (and drop dead gorgeous as well) player who have had yeaaaaaaaars of experience in football international level to commit such a low-level act in front of billions and also during the finals where his nation's hopes were all on him?

Unimaginable.

However, i read from an article that apparently Materazzi had provoked Zizou to commit such a heinous act (in football, anyway) by making racial remarks at Zizou in Italian. Zizou being very chapalang with Arabian and African blood in him, actually understood what was said and decided on that historical headbutt. Heh heh id like it to call a head though.. Zidane gave a historical head to Materazzi.

Oh wait.

That sounded SO gay.

Ok, sorry. Wrong channel.

Well anyway, i guess that explains it all.. respect and loads more admiration (and love! :P) to Zidane for that move but a whack on the head for the stupidity of it all.

For the utterly bored, there's a game which i think that all Zidane lovers would just love to play.. i know i did. Ha ha.
