Football fever?

Football fever must have been been the sole reason to be blamed for luring me to Al Fresco to watch the quarter finals match for Germany vs Argentina.. hehe ok lah i admit it i was hiaw also la didnt have anything to do on a Friday night and saw all those balloons and bouncer set up at Al Fresco.. so a group of us went to watch the match and i was all for Germany (WAHOOoooOoo Ballack!). The match only started at 11 and we were there at like 9.30 and the place was already filled with people with the Hotlink promo goin on and shiet too..



I guess it was boredom that led me to purchase a new sim pack which was DIRT CHEAP i tell you cos i wanted to join the competition Hotlink was having and also because i am undeniably the reigning freebie hunter for this age group ha ha. With every purchase of a new 012 simpack, customers were entitled to a few free gifts (pen, posters and shiet which i inevitably forgotten to take home.. bah) and also stand a chance to enter a lucky draw which had a new Samsung 3G phone for grabs.. the lucky draw involved a competition where participants were given 10 tries to kick a football into the goal..

Sounds easy right?

Thats what i thought too..

Until i got Carl to enter it for me.

The "goal" that participants were supposed to kick the ball at was actually a soft piece of poster with a few MINISCULE holes cut on it which the football was supposed to be kicked THROUGH.. not AT. Damn misleading i tell you.

I was told that there was a guy who managed to net 4 goals and i thought, "hey easy one lah .. Carl could probably do a 6".

And once again, i learned never to speak too soon.

Ok so like, fine.

And i tried to pull Ismail to do it another time and even intended to purchase another sim pack but he refused.. cheh. I heard a guy purchased 10 simpacks ah.. that must have cost him like 80 bucks and he had 100 chances to kick.. but donno if he went or not or it was just a token of charity..

Oh, no offence and all, but the promo girls are wayyyyyy below the standard of what promo girls should look like.. ok i know i sound bitchy but ha ha you guys should know that i am. but seriously la even for a pervert like me who enjoys looking at species of the same sex, i didnt even want to look twice as those girls let alone take a picture of em to post it here to satisfy your Hidden Horny Creature (HHC once again! :D). Im actually doing you a huge favour man. Wahlau the girls all fat fat one i think even Rining would look better than em in skirts.

Oh and i guess the only thing i enjoyed about the whole promo thing was to get our faces painted in the flags of teams that we supported.. i had Germany on my arm, while Karen (traitor you :P) had Argentina and Carl had England painted on his face.. so kulup one the England match is the next day.. but then again.. i guess we cant really critisize an enthusiastic fan :D



Oh btw, the match came to a draw but Germany won during the penalty shoot out.. oh oh and the England vs Portugal just ended AND MAN IT WAS A DISGRACE! I had my money on England and aiyah dont wanna talk about it anymroe man.. LOSE LOSE LOSE in penalty shoot out.. fcken british footballers overrated.. ergh..make me lose a handphone.. chibai.

I finally agree that girls should be left at shopping and not football gambling.
