No money, no results.

I realised that out of all 3 trips to KL that i took in the time span of half a year, this was the most upsetting one because i have spent the most this time around, but realised i acquired the least.

I think it must have been sales season and all the odd sizes of clothes and shoes were laid out instead of new collections so they can fcken get rid of the old stuff.

hrmpf.

Note to self: Never go holidaying in KL mid year because of Mega Sales and Singapore because of Great Singapore Sales.

Stupid stupid stupid. (sorry ah, i still not so advanced to change font size. hee.)

You see, i didn't even pay for hotel.
Or cab rides.
Or food.

But i still negative le. why why why. i shall take some time to analyze my holiday spendings again later. hrmpf.

Oh i did pay once for food.. it was a spur of the moment kinda splurge.. heehee. Kelvin and i were all dressed up so nicely and we were at Bukit Bintang with hungry stomach longing for good quality food.. we went to Sg Wang intending to go to Marche, hoping it was just like the one you can find in Singapore and with an alternative in Penang called the Food Loft where once you enter, you are presented with a food list card thingie and there are several stations in the whole restaurant ranging from Italian to Japanese cuisine and you go up there, place your order, get your card thingie stamped and return it to the cashier once you leave to get your bill calculated.
I tried the one at Singapore and teh food was great with a good concept and all.

But alas,

After rummaging through what seemed like never ending small alleys with Kelvin trudging behind, we were told by the information counter that Marche closed down. Stupid Cleo stated it was there in Green zone third floor! Stupid.

And then, we went to several fancy ( we were in the mood ) eateries but they were all either closed or full.

We finally ended up having the last table at Piccolo Mondo in front of the Piccolo building right next to Planet Hollywood at KL Plaza and Lot 10 after recommendations from Amos and despite the (shocking) prices, it was a meal worth the money. :)

We had err, Caesar Salad, Fettucine Bappe, Spaghetti Marinara in Garlic Sauce, and Prawns and Scallops (only 2 scallops tho, KIAMSIAP i tell you) cooked with Lemon Grind and some kinda sauce but i forgotten the actual name of this dish and it was good good good good good! So good its worth raving about even when this is not a foodie blog. ;)

Very very song look. Nyeh heh heh.
But when the bill came, not very song anymore.
